How to order?
As easy as 1-2-3.

1. Kindly fill up the order form at the left hand side and click 'Submit Form'. (recommended) OR Email to beautyandherbits@hotmail.com to place an order. Details included those shown in the order form.

2. A confirmation email will be sent to your mail account regarding the item(s) purchased, the total amount to bank in and our Public Bank account no.

3. Payment must be made to our account within 3 days after confirmation. Item(s) purchased will be mailed to your address within 3 days after payment is made. For COD, date and time will be arranged for delivery.

Her terms and conditions

1. Sales are made on first come first serve basis.

2. Kindly notified that NO back-outs are allowed after order is placed.

3. Payment must be settled within 3 days upon reservation of an item. Items will be released once 3 days period is up. Kindly place your order again if the item is still available.

4. Prices are non-negotiable. All sales are final, not exchangeable and not refundable.

5. Postage/COD can be arranged. Buyers will bear all postage fees. COD charges will apply for certain areas.

6. Payments to be made to our Public Bank account within 3 days after confirmation. Items will be mailed out in three days time upon receival of cash.

6. Goods sold are brand new and in good condition. We will not be liable for any damages of item incurred during shipping.

7. Actual colour of item may vary a little due to lighting.

8. Accessories shown are not included with purchase unless stated.

9. For restocking, payments are needed before restocking items. Full refund will be made to your accounts if items are sold out.

Pos Ekspres
- RM 4 (For 1 item only - excluding bags)
- RM 3 (For small items such as ear rings)
- Next day delivery
- Signatures are not needed

Pos Laju
- West Malaysia : RM 6 (clothes & light bags)RM 8 (huge & heavy bags) , East Malaysia : RM 9 (clothes) RM 11 (bags)
- Gets more expensive depending on the weight of items (usually when more than 2 items)
- Next day delivery
- Signatures are needed
- The postage fees will be stated in the confirmation email depending on the item(s) purchased.

Cash On Delivery
- COD charges will apply for certain areas. This will be notified in confirmation email.
